Any model change requires explicit version control and supporting evidence before promotion. The current model is a controlled demonstrator model designed to evidence traceability, explainability and governance patterns.

The AI model does not contain payment-authorization logic. Policy remains a separate advisory layer, and institutional decision authority remains external to the demonstrator.
